Survey Results

When polled, 84 percent of respondents stated that they do not administer psychometric tests as part of the hiring process, while the remaining 16 percent do use psychometric tests.

When asked if they have ever taken a psychometric test to win a position, 46.7 percent of respondents replied in the affirmative, while the remaining 53.3 percent stated that they have not.
