Candidates:

When asked, last issue, "What is your biggest professional challenge?" the majority of respondents, 46 percent, replied, "Time management." Another 36 percent indicated their biggest challenge was "Retaining enthusiasm for the position." Eighteen percent said their biggest challenge was "Keeping abreast of technological changes."

Clients:

When asked, last issue, “What is your biggest challenge as a manager?” the majority of respondents, 55 percent, replied, “Time management.” Another 27 percent indicated their biggest challenge was “Hiring/retaining professionals.” Eighteen percent said their biggest challenge was “Keeping abreast of technological changes.”
