Danielle Theirl brings a unique perspective to her job at Oberon, armed with more than a decade of experience as a human resources consultant. A veteran of the HR industry, Danielle pairs technical knowledge of the field with a deep understanding about the needs of both business clients and consultants.

“I’ve been on both sides of the table, so that gives me a really good perspective,” Danielle says. “Having a technical HR background enables me to ask more questions that drill down into the specific needs of the clients and consultants and ultimately make the perfect match.”

Danielle has a passion for human resources and helping others find positions that are right for both their careers and personal lives. “I really like the idea of providing people with a career opportunity that’s different than what HR professionals have historically been accustomed to,” she says. “The work-life balance Oberon provides is a new avenue for people to stay motivated, challenged, and in control of their lives.”

Danielle comes to Oberon from CBIZ, Inc., where she worked as a human resources consultant. Eventually, she migrated to business development and discovered that she liked the fast-paced atmosphere of sales. She is excited to continue uniting these two interests at Oberon.

“I just wanted to be here,” says Danielle. “Oberon’s unique business model provides corporations with an opportunity to utilize senior-level human resource talent to make getting a project done reality.”

Danielle, who is active in several human resources organizations, enjoys living in downtown Minneapolis, running, and traveling.
