The rewards of Oberon partnerships: the benefits you deserve.

Oberon consultants are offered many of the same benefits you would expect to receive in a direct hire position. In addition to flexibility, freedom and new career challenges, Oberon recognizes and rewards performance with a competitive salary structure and an industry leading benefit plan. Our consultants who average at least 30 hours per week are eligible for Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Disability and Flexible Spending benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment:

MEDICAL
The Oberon medical plan includes two flexible health care options available through Medica. Oberon subsidizes a significant amount of employee premiums as well as a portion of dependent and family premiums.

DENTAL
Dental benefits are offered on a voluntary basis through Delta Dental.

LIFE INSURANCE/LT DISABILITY/ST DISABILITY
Life Insurance, Disability and AD&D are offered on a voluntary basis through UNUM.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING
Oberon offers flexible spending programs including a Dependent Care option that has a maximum of $5,000 per plan year as well as a Medical Reimbursement plan with an annual maximum of $2,000.

HOLIDAY PAY
Oberon recognizes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Consultants are eligible to receive holiday pay after the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

VACATION PAY
Consultants are paid 40 hours of vacation for each 1,000 hours worked.

OVERTIME PAY
Oberon consultants receive time and a half pay for every hour worked beyond 40 hours in a given week.

401(K)
The Oberon 401(k) package includes 15 different investment options designed to accommodate the goals of any investor. We offer both a traditional 401(k) plan as well as a Roth option. Consultants are eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

PENSION PLAN
Another Oberon differentiator is our Cash Balance Pension Plan. Company contributions of approximately 2% of total earnings are made on an annual basis. Consultants are eligible to enter the plan following one year of employment as long as 1,000 hours are worked during a calendar year. )

NEW CONTRACTOR & NEW BUSINESS REFERRAL BONUS
Oberon recognizes the importance of a strong network. That is why we created a very robust referral program to reward consultants who refer new clients and employees to our organization.

Furthermore, there will be a one-time payment of $1,000 for a direct-hire resource referral. Payment will be made 90 days after the candidate begins employment.

MERSC
All consultants are eligible for membership in the Minnesota Employee Recreation & Services Council (MERSC). Oberon is a member of MERSC, which is a non-profit professional association that provides our employees with discounts and promotional opportunities at numerous participating businesses in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area.

TRAINING/CONTINUING EDUCATION
Oberon offers cutting-edge career developing training classes to all members of our organization on a quarterly basis. Oberon partners with the Human Resource Certification Institute in an attempt to have our trainings qualify for PHR/SPHR credit hours.
