As a facilities manager, Nance Torrence is an expert in change. There's a steady succession of changes in building codes, safety regulations, and equipment design. Staying current is an on-going challenge.

Sometimes, the challenges are more dramatic: Nance once relocated more than 500 workers from one building to another over a Labor Day weekend. "They left one workplace on Friday and came to their new one on Tuesday," she recalls.

At SALO, Oberon and NumberWorks, Nance looks forward to the combined challenges of keeping up with fast growth and defining facilities that reflect a vibrant corporate culture.
