Kevin Lund has a remarkable accounting background and a thorough understanding of the finance world, making him truly exemplary of the Oberon standard.

Before joining the finance team at SALO, Oberon and NumberWorks, Kevin spent over 7 years at Best Buy, rotating through various areas of the company’s finance department. While at Best Buy, Kevin performed SEC Reporting, Corporate Accounting, Finance Decision Support, and Controllership. In his final role at Best Buy, Kevin led the team responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management cycles for the $600 million global Supply Chain organization.

After experiencing the realm of finance in a large corporation, Kevin was ready for a change. “From the moment I set foot in the offices of SALO, Oberon and NumberWorks, I knew it was a firm that would offer me new experiences and opportunities to grow and develop my career. The firm also offers great work-life balance and a fun atmosphere, which makes for a perfect fit!”

At SALO, Oberon and NumberWorks, Kevin's primary focus is oversight of the Planning and Analysis process which includes the annual budget, reforecasts, cash planning, and special projects that align to the firm's strategy.

Kevin graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead with a BA in Accounting. He lives in the Uptown area of Minneapolis and has a Golden Retriever named Sophie. Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors around the lakes and working on various home improvements projects. He also loves good coffee and trying new restaurants.
