Kate Ferrian
Administrative Assistant

Kate Ferrian is a fantastic addition to the SÁLO, Oberon and NumberWorks team. She brings an accomplished background to her position as Administrative Assistant, with experience in a number of fields. As an event planning intern for a local organization, Kate managed the entire event planning process, from creating budgets and designing registration materials to assessing event logistical services and selecting venues. While at Luther Automotive Group, Kate gained finance and sales expertise in her position as Special Finance Associate. She also assumed administrative support and receptionist roles for the company.

As Administrative Assistant for SÁLO, Oberon and NumberWorks, Kate provides key business support as one of the first points of contact for the entire organization. Her friendly voice greets those on the phone as well as SÁLO’s visitors. Kate is also responsible for handling information requests, preparing correspondence and scheduling meetings. Moreover, Kate constantly takes the initiative to broaden her role and manage a variety of company projects.

“I really enjoy serving as the voice of a high-energy company like SÁLO,” Kate says. “The upbeat, entrepreneurial environment is extremely encouraging. I love that there’s no ceiling here – the sky really is the limit.”

Kate received her Bachelor’s Degree from Metropolitan State University in Hospitality and Event Management. She also earned a Meeting Management Certificate from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, MN. Outside of work, Kate enjoys cooking and entertaining, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
