Carly comes to Oberon with an extensive and diverse background in Human Resources, operations and customer service. Now a Senior HR Generalist at Oberon, Carly supports all employees of SALO, Oberon, LawgicSearch, Groundswell, and NumberWorks in the areas of benefits administration, payroll, on-boarding, and employee relations.

“I feel so fortunate to be a part of Oberon’s dynamic culture and tremendous growth,” Carly says. “For me, the best part about my job is interacting with our valued consultants and maintaining a trustworthy relationship with them so they feel comfortable coming to me with any questions they may have.”

Carly is originally from Iowa and is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. She enjoys volunteering for the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization as well as Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, Carly loves traveling, running, and spending time with her friends and family.
