Ann Ruschy brings a combined 25+ years of experience in leadership, human resources, sales, staffing, and consulting to her Oberon Managing Director role. Her professional track record proves she is well-skilled in building effective relationships and producing incredible results.

Prior to managing the Oberon team, Ann worked as an Executive Coach & Consultant where she coached executives on how to maximize their leadership efforts. She also spent 10+ years with a national staffing company, where she served as Executive Vice President and Human Resources Vice President.

As Managing Director for Oberon, Ann is thrilled to lead the firm in connecting people and evolving business. “At Oberon, we are passionate about helping organizations achieve their objectives, and we provide our clients with the best Human Resources talent in the marketplace.”

Ann received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the College of St. Benedict. She also completed Co-Active Coaching training with The Coaches Training Institute. She also enjoys yoga, running and spending time with her family.
